Landport's Buy One Give One® initiative partners with schools, companies, and organizations. This time, we collaborated with Kanto Gakuin University and Toyo University's student organization TUEP (Toyo University Eco Projects) to sell Carry the Sun at their respective university festivals.
Support for Cambodia
The "Cambodia Solar Lantern Support Project," a community partnership with Kanto Gakuin University, is a unique initiative where students handle everything from promotion to delivery to the local area.
At the "Hirakata Festival" held in November, their booth grew into such a highlight that the university president even came to show support. They will deliver lanterns to children in Cambodia during their seminar camp in February next year.

Support for Pakistan
Toyo University's student organization TUEP (Toyo University Eco Projects) collaborates on activities to support Pakistan with solar lanterns and eco-events that raise awareness for environmental protection.
At the "Hakusan Festival" held in November, they transformed a classroom beautifully decorated with CARRY THE SUN® into a photo gallery of their support activities. They also held an educational quiz rally that allowed visitors to learn while playing, which has led to an increase in visitors each year.
