Charging Method

Solar radiation increases with sunrise and peaks around noon.
We recommend charging the device over several days, using the times listed on the right as a guide.
Additionally, even during optimal times, charging may take longer depending on the season and weather (if it's not perfectly clear skies).

Spring and summer have longer sunshine hours and more solar radiation than autumn and winter. The charging amount is also affected by the angle at which direct sunlight hits the panel. Please ensure the solar panel faces the sun as directly as possible. If stored after charging, there will be approximately 60% charge remaining after one year, but it's a good idea to periodically expose it to sunlight and recharge it as part of its maintenance.

The sun is constantly moving, so please be careful to prevent the solar panel from being in the shade. Even on a clear day, sunlight reflects off window glass, so charging through a window will take a long time. The estimated time to fully charge from zero battery life with direct sunlight is 7-9 hours. * Do not leave or charge in high-temperature places such as inside a car. * Please turn off the light when charging.

 You never know when or where a disaster might strike. Be prepared for any eventuality by charging it in direct sunlight on a clear day!

　Names and functions of each part

  1. Color belt: Pull when using or storing.
  2. Clear belt: Pull when using or storing, or hook here to hang when you want to illuminate from above.
  3. Solar panel: The black surface is the solar panel. Charge it by exposing it to sunlight.
  4. Charge indicator (Medium only): Displays the remaining battery level. Four LEDs lit indicates it's almost fully charged. When only one LED remains, we recommend charging. The LED lamp flashes during charging.
  5. Switch: Toggles between battery level display, on, flashing, and off.
  6. Air hole: This is a hole for air to escape. It allows for easy folding.

【Function Description】

Pressing the switch changes the lighting mode.

  • 1st press: Indicator light turns on to show battery level (approx. 5 seconds)
  • 2nd press: Lights up (Low)
  • 3rd press: Lights up (Medium)
  • 4th press: Lights up (High)
  • 5th press: Flashes
  • 6th press: Turns off

Continuous lighting time is approximately 72 hours (Low), 42 hours (Medium), and 10 hours (High).
You can check the approximate remaining battery level by the number of indicator lights.
