On March 11, 14 years after the Great East Japan Earthquake, the characters "3.11" were illuminated with CARRY THE SUN® solar lanterns towards the 3.11-meter-tall memorial monument "Tower of the Earth" in Yamamoto Town, Miyagi Prefecture, one of the affected areas.
This reconstruction support activity was realized in cooperation with the NPO International Volunteer University Students Association (IVUSA), one of Japan's largest student volunteer organizations.
