Cheer with Rainbows! Dream and Hope Rainbow Fireworks

On March 11, approximately 100 fireworks were launched in the Watanoha district of Ishinomaki City to commemorate the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
This event, planned by "Team Watahoi," a volunteer committee of local residents, was held for the fifth time this year.
