We received words of gratitude from a camp for internally displaced persons in South Sudan, where we donated 1,000 Carry the Sun lights in March 2021 with the cooperation of the certified NPO Reach Alternatives (REALs).
Overcoming various challenges, such as logistics restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the establishment of distribution criteria within the local community, the Carry the Sun lights finally reached the local people after 15 months.
We received numerous messages of joy, such as "Children can now study at night," "People feel safe going out at night," and "It's easier to breastfeed and change diapers at night."
